wills and Powers of Attorney

Wills

Having a Will gives you the best chance of ensuring your assets will be distributed pursuant to your wishes. It also ensures that your family have one less thing to worry about when you pass away. Despite this, it is one of those things that many people put off completing. We get it!

To help make it easy to cross your Will off your never-ending mental ‘to-do list’, we have come up with a simple form to get you started. All you have to do is jot down as much as you can, click submit, and one of our experts will take it from there.

Alternatively, feel free to contact us by phone, email or through our booking system to make an appointment to discuss your Will.

Powers of Attorney

It’s important that you have your affairs in order so, if you aren’t able to make decisions for yourself, your family can avoid the stress and cost of Court proceedings. We can help with the following documents:

  • Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs) – We can prepare EPAs for your property and your personal care and welfare. These would then apply if something happened that meant you could no longer make decisions for yourself.

  • General Powers of Attorney – You can delegate your power to make decisions or sign documents to someone else. These are commonly used during temporary incapacity or for periods you are going to be overseas.

  • Healthcare Directives (also known as a Living Will) – This sets out your choices about your healthcare in the event you were to become physically or mentally unable to voice those choices for yourself.
