Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Lucy joined The Firm in June 2025 as our Receptionist/Legal Assistant. With a warm and approachable manner, she plays a key role in welcoming clients and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. Originally from the UK, Lucy and her family moved to Tauranga in 2017 and she now proudly calls the Bay home.

Lucy is currently completing her LLB (Bachelor of Laws) and serves as the Competitions Officer for the Waikato University Law Students Association (WULSA) at the Tauranga campus. Outside of work and study, she volunteers at the SPCA.
