Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Lucy joined The Firm in June 2025 as our Receptionist/Legal Assistant. With a warm and approachable manner, she plays a key role in welcoming clients and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. Originally from the UK, Lucy and her family moved to Tauranga in 2017 and now proudly calls the Bay home.

Outside of work, Lucy is actively involved in the community. She serves as the Board Secretary for the Tauranga District Riding for the Disabled (RDA) and a volunteer at the SPCA.
