Senior Solicitor

Carly was admitted to the bar as a Solicitor in 2012, after achieving First Class Honours from the University of Waikato.  Carly has worked in Tauranga for most of her practising career and this has given her valuable local knowledge and strong ties to the community.  Carly has a wide range of expertise in estate planning, property law, trusts and commercial law.   

Carly believes it is a special privilege to be a lawyer and have people put their trust in her. She enjoys getting to know her clients and guiding them along the legal pathway to achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time with her young family, travel, and hiking. Carly is also a Trustee of the Wish for Fish Charitable Trust, a charity which provides people with disabilities and/or illnesses the opportunity to experience a fishing or site-seeing trip on the charity’s 18m Catamaran vessel.
