Office Manager

Rachel joined The Firm in mid-2026 as our Office Manager, bringing with her extensive experience in office and financial management within the construction and engineering sectors. With a strong eye for detail and an organised approach, she plays a key role in keeping The Firm’s operations running smoothly while supporting the wider team.

Originally from Dunedin, Rachel moved to the Bay of Plenty in 2016 in search of a warmer climate for her family and now proudly calls the region home. She is excited to be part of the professional services sector.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys long walks on the beach with her husband and Miniature Schnauzer, experimenting in the kitchen, and taking on home improvement projects.
