Changing Banks (Refinancing)
Sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side. If you have a home loan and have decided to jump the fence to another bank then, chances are, you will need to refinance your property. This likely means you will need to discharge the mortgage of your former bank and register a mortgage in favour of your new bank. We will make sure this process is as seamless and straightforward for you as possible.
